Yeah bike had the top end to keep up and brakes worked great as always.
As you would have seen I lost a bit out of the corners.
I think one reason is the shaft drive, I cant use much throttle through the corner as it sits up so am getting on the gas after them (or maybe I just need more practice).
Other reason suggeted to me is the CV carbs, they were designed to smooth acceleration not racing.
Still got the flatslides which are technically illegal for the class but the classic club seems to be relaxed on the rules.
Might try them while waiting for a cost effective set of round slides to come along.

Quite motivated now to get Mark 2 racebike going with the chain drive, should help a bit.
