Cheers Guys, I probably am mad but it's such a thrill I'm hooked.

Ground clearance mods worked really well.
Removing the case on the RH side worked out perfect as most corners went that way, I did touch a peg on something at one stage but it definitely helped as did the stiffer forks which helped keep the ride a bit higher.

There were only two corners where there were no road markings etc that you could really crank it over, rest were very technical and more about braking & sack size.
I think thats why street racing has such a strong following over here, Its not just about how many $ you can throw at your bike and how fast it goes , its about real world skills.

There were TV cameras there so I'm hoping they show footage of all the races when it comes up, not just the big boys classes.
I got filmed while waiting on the dummy grid so I might be world famous in NZ yet
