Well, it's been some time since I've posted or been on these forums, honestly because I sold my last triple (the NEAR-MINT 79 XS750) to be a Porsche owner That was over 4 years ago and I've missed my triple ever since. I got on Craigslist last night and stumbled across a killer deal of a bike if it was as described. I went to see it with cash and even though it wasnt as clean as originally described, its a good runner/rider... still a fair deal. The carbs needs a once-over (it pops and backfires some) and I prefer the sport style seat for a standard (no King/Queen needs for me) but after you strip it down, clean it and give the fluids a change, it should be exactly what I want.
